1. Scope and Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrueSource AI platform ("Service"), operated by:

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TrueSource AI provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) auditing and analytics services. The platform analyzes websites for AI visibility, structured data compliance, and citation potential across AI-powered search engines and large language models.

The Service is currently offered as a Beta. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Beta Program

During the Beta phase:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• We may limit or terminate access at our discretion

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering for the Service
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms
• Not use automated systems to access the Service beyond intended API usage
• Not share audit reports in a way that misrepresents their source or findings

5. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, scoring algorithms, and branding of TrueSource AI are the intellectual property of Hope and Glory Media UG. This includes but is not limited to:

• GEO Score™ calculation methodology
• GEO Edge Layer™ technology
• Audit report formats and templates
• TrueSource AI branding and trademarks

Audit reports generated for your websites are yours to use. However, the underlying technology and methodology remain our property.

6. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung). By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• We process publicly available website data as part of our auditing service
• Audit results may be stored for historical tracking and comparison purposes
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee specific results or improvements in AI visibility
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

Audit results and recommendations are informational in nature and do not constitute professional consulting advice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Mönchengladbach, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
